拉伸頂棚/天花膜CE認(rèn)證（歐盟強制認(rèn)證）－簡介
在歐盟市場“CE”標(biāo)志屬強制性認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產(chǎn)品提出的一種強制性要求。
在拉伸頂棚上加貼CE標(biāo)志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 14716）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費者保護(hù)。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場自由銷售并打開其他國際市場。
從2013年7月1日年開始，所有進(jìn)入歐盟市場的建筑材料需要符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU，通過測試，獲得認(rèn)證，并加貼CE標(biāo)志。
注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強制執(zhí)行.

拉伸頂棚/天花膜CE認(rèn)證－EN 14716-涉及的產(chǎn)品范圍：
此文檔規(guī)定由單層或多層結(jié)構(gòu)、涂層織物或由涂層或牢固系統(tǒng)的單層組成的織物組成的拉伸頂棚相關(guān)特性、規(guī)范和測試方法。
它還規(guī)定了拉伸頂棚的合格評定方法。
Scope：
This document specifies the characteristics, specifications and test methods for stretched ceilings made up of single or multi-layer sheets, coated fabrics or fabrics made up of coated or monofilament yarn with a fastening system.
It also specifies the method of conformity assessment for stretched ceilings.
拉伸頂棚/天花膜CE認(rèn)證－認(rèn)證流程：
1、確定需要認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請
2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，拉伸頂棚需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU
3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，拉伸頂棚需符合協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 14716
4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 14716進(jìn)行測試評估，歐盟公告機構(gòu)根據(jù)認(rèn)證體系1或者體系3進(jìn)行
5、獲得由歐盟公告機構(gòu)辦法的測試報告和證書 (如果根據(jù)體系1認(rèn)證需工廠審查)
6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)
7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機構(gòu)編碼的CE標(biāo)志
8、在歐洲市場自由銷售

⊕防火性能Reaction to fire：
根據(jù)EN13501-1進(jìn)行測定評估，最低要求E級
（產(chǎn)品用于防火用途，如果產(chǎn)品使用阻燃劑以提高產(chǎn)品性能，需要根據(jù)體系1進(jìn)行認(rèn)證，否則根據(jù)認(rèn)證體系3由公告機構(gòu)2137進(jìn)行測試認(rèn)證）
